MIAMI – Jorge A. Mestre spoke at the Defense Research Institute’s Annual Meeting on October 26, 2012. Mr. Mestre spoke to the Alternative Dispute Resolution committee about recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions relating to the Federal Arbitration Act that will have significant impact on global companies.
