MIAMI — Jorge A. Mestre spoke at the American Bar Association Commercial and Business Litigation Committee’s A Guide to Cross-Border Discovery roundtable on Nov. 13, 2014. The roundtable offered practical tips for navigating the process of obtaining discovery abroad for cases litigated in the United States and for dealing with discovery issued from foreign venues.
The Commercial and Business Litigation Committee focuses on issues facing litigators with broad commercial practices, including substantive areas such as bankruptcy, creditor rights, professional liability, and trade secret law, and procedural matters such as e-discovery, privilege, ADR, and international litigation.
Mestre’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, including international arbitration and litigation.
