MIAMI — Bryan L. Paschal participated in the Trials Practice Area Committee presentation at the NAMWOLF Annual Meeting in Los Angeles on Thursday, September 17, 2015. The presentation, “To Kill or Not to Kill—The Trial Attorney” was a mock trial about why corporations should hire trial attorneys despite the decrease in jury trials. Paschal conducted a mock direct examination of Beth Boggs of Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, L.L.C., to get to the bottom of why it’s important for the trial lawyer to live!

The National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, Inc. (NAMWOLF) is a nonprofit trade association comprised of minority and women-owned law firms.
