MIAMI — Jorge A. Mestre will speak on a virtual panel titled “Legal Implications in Global Business” at Georgetown University’s inaugural Global Business Executive Leadership Program on August 15. He will share insights about his representation of a Chevron attorney in a case that was part of the $100 billion, 18-year litigation over Chevron’s alleged environmental damage in the Amazon in Ecuador.

Jorge A. Mestre engages exclusively in a commercial-litigation practice and is Board Certified in International Litigation and Arbitration by The Florida Bar. He has litigated domestic and international arbitration matters in both English and Spanish. He is a member of Georgetown’s Latin America Leadership Program Advisory Committee.
