MIAMI—Rivero Mestre LLP is proud to announce that Neha Dagley has been appointed to The Florida Bar’s Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee (committee ‘C’).

The grievance committee reviews complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury. That is, the committee decides, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted. Members who serve on a grievance committee play an important role in improving and upholding professional standards in the practice of law.

For the last fifteen years, Dagley has represented a wide array of entrepreneurs and corporations in commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She represents foreign and domestic clients across multiple industries and national boundaries, delivering keen analysis and sound legal advice on a broad range of business disputes.
