Daniela Tenjido-Eljaiek is a commercial litigator with a focus on representing high-profile individuals in complex cases. Prior to joining Rivero Mestre, Daniela served as a term clerk to the Honorable Madeline H. Haikala of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Daniela attended St. Thomas University College of Law where she was Editor in Chief of the Law Review. While in law school, Daniela worked as a certified legal intern for her law school’s Appellate Litigation Clinic where she successfully argued before Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal, and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carlton W. Reeves. An excellent communicator, Daniela is skilled at breaking down and explaining complex ideas in simple terms, and is passionate about advocating on behalf of her clients.
